mean self & coauthor-citation rate

The mean self and coauthor-citation rate is the average rate of self and coauthor-citation for an author across all of their publications. It differs from the total self and coauthor-citation rate in that the total is based on the ratio of the sums while the average is based on the sums of the ratios.
