quality quotient
The quality quotient (Randić 2009) is the ratio between the history h-index and the h-index,
$$Q=\frac{H}{h}.$$This metric can only really be used to compare individuals with identical h-indices, as the minimum possible value varies with h in a non-monotonic manner, e.g., when h = 1, min(Q) = 1; when h = 2, min(Q) = 1.5; when h = 3, min(Q) = 1.33; when h = 4, min(Q) = 1.75, etc.
