Description
The Zynergy-Index (Prathap 2014) is a heuristic alternative to the h-index based on a thermodynamical model. It is a function of the total number of citations and publications of an author, along with the distribution of the citations across the publications as measured by fairness (η).
$$z = \sqrt[3]{\frac{\eta \left(C^P\right)^2}{P}}$$.History
